Poland: Study and research stays for students in Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral programmes

In the first stage, applicants apply to the Czech partner – the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (MoEYS). They submit an online scholarship application with the required attachments in Czech by the deadline (see below). MoEYS selects the applicants to nominate for the scholarship and forwards the list to the Polish partner agency NAWA. NAWA then contacts each candidate (probably during June) to invite them to register online via the NAWA portal. The online registration includes uploading documents as required by the Polish partner. The required documents always include an Acceptance Letter from the Polish host university. The Polish partner has the final decision on the acceptance of the nominated candidates. The Polish partner usually announces the results officially not earlier than at the end of summer, sometimes as late as in September.
