The Lifelong Education Program - Clinical Education Level II in the field of Equine Diseases is governed by Act No. 166/1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (Veterinary Act); Decree No. 331/2021 Coll., on the Organization of Education for Veterinarians Practicing Clinical Veterinary Medicine; Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Other Acts (Higher Education Act), as amended; the Statutes of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno; the Lifelong Education Regulations of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno; and the Rules for Quality Assurance of Educational, Creative, and Related Activities and Internal Quality Evaluation of Educational, Creative, and Related Activities of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno.
The Lifelong Education Program - Clinical Education Level II in the field of Equine Diseases is organized as an optional education program for veterinarians engaged in clinical veterinary practice. Its purpose is to deepen the knowledge of veterinarians in the field of clinical veterinary medicine. The teaching is provided by experts from universities offering accredited master's study programs in veterinary medicine or veterinary hygiene, the State Veterinary Administration, private veterinarians, and other specialists in the relevant field.
At the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno, the Lifelong Education Program is supervised by the Internal Quality Assessment Board, at the lifelong education program level by the Lifelong Education Board, and at the program level by the guarantor of the Lifelong Education Program ? Clinical Education.
The Lifelong Education Program - Clinical Education Level II in the field of Equine Diseases builds upon the Clinical Education Level I program in the same field. This Level II program represents a higher degree of difficulty, focusing on specialized knowledge, experience, and skills.
