The Continuing Education Program - Level II Clinical Training in Swine Diseases is governed by Act No. 166/1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the Amendment of Certain Related Laws (Veterinary Act), Decree No. 331/2021 Coll., on the Organization of Education for Veterinarians Practicing Clinical Veterinary Medicine, Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Other Acts (Higher Education Act), as amended, the Statute of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno, the Continuing Education Regulations of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno, and the Rules for Ensuring the Quality of Educational, Creative, and Related Activities and Internal Quality Assessment of Educational, Creative, and Related Activities of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno.
The Continuing Education Program - Level II Clinical Training in Swine Diseases is organized as a voluntary education program for veterinarians engaged in clinical veterinary medicine. It is designed to enhance the level of knowledge among veterinarians in clinical veterinary practice. The instruction is provided by experts from higher education institutions offering accredited master?s degree programs in veterinary medicine or veterinary hygiene, the State Veterinary Administration, private veterinarians, and other professionals specializing in the relevant fields. The program is overseen by the Internal Quality Assessment Board of the University of Veterinary Sciences Brno at the university level, the Continuing Education Board at the continuing education program level, and the guarantor of the Continuing Education Program - Clinical Training at the program level.
The Continuing Education Program - Level II Clinical Training in Swine Diseases builds upon the Level I Clinical Training Program in Swine Diseases. This Level II program represents a higher level of difficulty, focusing on specialized knowledge, experience, and skills.
The aim of the Level II Clinical Training in Swine Diseases is to deepen education at the level of specialized knowledge, experience, and skills, with an emphasis on the issues related to swine diseases, following the foundation provided by the Level I Clinical Training in Swine Diseases.
