Rabbit Diseases

The Continuing Education Program - Clinical Education Level II in Rabbit Diseases is governed by Act No. 166/1999 Coll. on Veterinary Care and Amendments to Certain Related Laws (Veterinary Act), Regulation No. 331/2021 Coll. on the Organization of Education for Veterinarians in Clinical Veterinary Medicine, Act No. 111/1998 Coll. on Higher Education and Amendments to Other Laws (Higher Education Act), as amended, the Statute of the University of Veterinary Medicine Brno, the Rules of Continuing Education at the University of Veterinary Medicine Brno, and the Rules for Ensuring the Quality of Educational, Creative, and Related Activities and Internal Evaluation of the Quality of Educational, Creative, and Related Activities at the University of Veterinary Medicine Brno.
The Continuing Education Program - Clinical Education Level II for Rabbit Diseases is organized as voluntary education for veterinarians working in clinical veterinary medicine. It is intended to deepen the knowledge of veterinarians in clinical veterinary medicine. The courses are conducted by experts from the university offering accredited master's programs in veterinary medicine or veterinary hygiene, the State Veterinary Administration, private veterinarians, and possibly other specialists in the relevant fields. The program is overseen by the University of Veterinary Medicine Brno's Internal Evaluation Council, the Continuing Education Council at the program level, and the program is under the supervision of the Continuing Education Program Coordinator - Clinical Education.
The Continuing Education Program - Clinical Education Level II for Rabbit Diseases follows the Clinical Education Level I program for Poultry and Rabbit Diseases. The Level II program represents a higher level of specialization, focusing on specialized knowledge, experience, and skills.
The aim of the Clinical Education Level II in Rabbit Diseases is to build upon the Clinical Education Level I in Poultry and Rabbit Diseases, further deepening education in specialized knowledge, experience, and skills, with a focus on the issues related to the diseases of farmed rabbits.
