Course description:

The course offers a systematic and practice‑oriented overview of modern deep learning using the PyTorch framework. Students will gain a solid foundation in data handling, neural network design, and model training, and they will learn key techniques widely used in contemporary ML practice — including computer vision, custom dataset creation, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
The course also introduces advanced topics such as distributed training, experiment tracking, reproducibility, MLOps fundamentals, and model deployment using tools like FastAPI, TorchServe, or ONNX.
Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on connecting theory with hands‑on work, building end‑to‑end ML pipelines, and solving real‑world problems relevant to modern ML/AI engineering.
