Course description:

Studies in Pedagogy for Teachers of Vocational Subjects at Secondary Schools, for Teachers of Practical Instruction at Secondary Schools, for Teachers of Vocational Training at Secondary Schools, for Teachers of Artistic Vocational Subjects at Basic Art Schools, Secondary Schools, and Conservatories, and for Teachers at Language Schools with the Right to Administer State Language Examinations in Accordance with § 22 Paragraph 1 Letter a) of Act No. 563/2004 Coll., on Pedagogical Staff and the Amendment of Certain Laws, and § 3 Paragraph 2 Letter a) of Decree No. 317/2005 Coll., on Further Education of Pedagogical Staff, Accreditation Commission, and Career System.

The aim of the study is for graduates to acquire knowledge and skills in pedagogy, didactics, and psychology, which are indispensable components of a teacher's professional qualification. The knowledge and skills acquired through pedagogical studies will enable graduates to perform pedagogical practice in a qualified manner.

The professional competence of graduates, in connection with their previous education, is assumed at the entry point, and further development of this competence is not the purpose of the educational program.
