It prepares experts who will work in the fields of science and research, government agencies or private companies in decision-making at the top management level.

In the program, you will gain a comprehensive knowledge of the food production, storage, quality, safety, and distribution. Furthermore, knowledge of various aspects of human nutrition and its policy will be provided. The graduate will be theoretically and practically prepared for the quality control management, and evaluation of safety and authenticity of food, as well as nutritional or dietary value of food.
