The aim of the master's study programme in Economic Data Analysis is to provide students with knowledge and skills necessary for analysing economic data. This area covers various topics related to data acquisition, data processing, data dissemination and communication, and data analysis, including advanced statistical and econometric modelling and working with specialised statistical and econometric software.

After graduation, you will be able to: - understand the processes of acquisition, compilation and dissemination of data, - thoroughly understand the economic substance of statistical data, - use quantitative methods and tools in mathematical statistics, multivariate statistics, time series analysis, operations research, decision making and advanced econometrics, - build comprehensive optimisation and econometric models, - provide detailed statistical analysis, including a deeper understanding of social and economic indicators, - use different software products.
The Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) is the largest economics-focused university in Czechia and one of the leading business schools in Central and Eastern Europe.
