The programme is designed for talented graduates of the bachelor's degree programme with excellent knowledge of English, very good knowledge of another foreign language and an interest in the international business environment. The International Management programme provides graduates not only with a high academic standard of knowledge, but also, through a unique combination of courses and study obligations, with the acquisition of professional skills, thereby enhancing their qualifications in the field of international business and management and co-creating the prerequisites for building a successful working career in a demanding international environment.

Study

After graduation, you will be able to: - formulate directions of corporate strategy in an international environment; - design marketing strategies that positively support the success of the chosen corporate strategy; - explain different tools of microeconomic analysis in decision-making problems in business management; - explain the context of value creation in investment and financial decision making in an enterprise; - identify key cross-cultural differences in the management of international firms; - develop and interrelate enterprise strategies and their reflection in the areas of marketing, financing, investment activities, human resources, organizational architecture and actual production activities; - communicate, persuade and negotiate excellently in an international business environment; - independently build and lead international teams that can effectively deal with business situations.
