In the three-year Bachelor's degree programme Sports and Conditioning Specialist, you master techniques of sports disciplines and physical activities linked to biomedical and social science fields. The studies prepare you to support fitness, healthy lifestyles and well-being among different population groups. For the 2026/2027 academic year, only the Fitness specialisation is open, reflecting high labour market demand; the Wellness and Leisure specialisations are not open this year. The curriculum uses the ECTS system. In the first year, you follow a common core; from the second year onward, you complete courses specific to Fitness. The programme ends with a state bachelor's examination and the defence of a bachelor's thesis after you earn at least 180 credits. As a graduate, you can work as a sports and conditioning specialist in fitness centres, wellness centres or leisure centres.

Submit the E-Application on the website, pay the application fee and upload the required documents: high school graduation certificate (maturita), certificate of medical fitness issued by a sports doctor and clean criminal record declaration. Use the official forms on the school's website. The admission process for this programme has no entrance exams. The programme is taught only in Czech. Foreign applicants are invited to an interview to verify their Czech language proficiency and ability to study in Czech.

Study

As a graduate of the Sports and Conditioning Specialist programme with a focus on Fitness, you gain comprehensive knowledge for designing and delivering exercise programmes in sports performance, health prevention and reconditioning. During professional practice, you learn the specifics of working with clients and leading activities at different performance levels in physical education, sports and social facilities. The studies also allow you to obtain professional certifications, such as School Skiing Instructor, School Snowboarding Instructor, Adaptive Physical Education Instructor, or Sports and Reconditioning Massager. You gain a thorough overview of the somatic, psychological and sociological benefits of physical activity and can design programmes for a wide spectrum of clients. Career paths include sports clubs, fitness centres, regeneration centres, tourism, the armed forces and police, healthy lifestyle advising, and education in extracurricular physical education.

Study fee

The tuition fee for one academic year can be divided into two installments, as specified in the study agreement.
