Study

The study programme is focused on cybernetics and control engineering. You gain in-depth knowledge related to measurement and signal processing, simulation and modelling of technical and non-technical processes (e.g. in economics, ecology and medicine) andto the development of control systems working with artificial intelligence. The study programme Cybernetics and Control Engineering is an excellent preparation for the study of the follow-up Master's degree programme Applied Sciences and Informatics. Graduates will be perfectly prepared to apply their knowledge and skills in practice. *********** In the course of studies, you gain knowledge of the theories, concepts and methods related to cybernetics and management. They will understand the methods of signal measuring and processing, as well as the methods used for simulation and modelling of technical and non-technical processes. Attention will be paid to the development of control systems working with artificial intelligence. After graduation, students can work for companies focused on the development of computer control systems of industrial processes. They can develop embedded control systems with advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence for a wide range of machines and robots. *********** In the course of the study, you gain in-depth knowledge of the development and implementation of information and operating systems which work with artificial intelligence. Attention will be paid to the measurement and processing of signals and to process simulation and modelling. Emphasis is placed on both the theoretical knowledge and the subsequent use of experience in practice. The Bachelor’s degree study programme Intelligent Man-Machine Communication is an excellent preparation for the follow-up Master’s degree programme Engineering Informatics and Applied Sciences and Informatics. After graduation, you can find employment in companies focused on information and communication technologies, or in the field of control systems.
