Graduates possess in-depth knowledge ofthe following areas according to the chosen specialization: mathematical analysis and theory of differential equations, discrete mathematics and graph theory, mathematical structures and coding, numerical mathematics and computer modelling, mathematical optimization methods, geometry and geometric modelling.

You learn how to apply theoretical knowledgeand, create and analyse mathematical models of scientific, technical and social processes, and perform their computer simulation as well as design and implement numerical methods for their solution. After graduation, students have the possibility of continuing their studies in the doctoral study programme, or after graduation, you can find employment in research, development and construction departments of public or private companies.
