Students of this study programme gain knowledge in the field of social aspects of health. They are introduced to legal documents related to heath protection, the health system, the system of public health-care insurance in Czechia and worldwide.The focus is on a healthy life-style and the implementation of its features into a human's life cycle. You will be able to solve the etiology and symptoms of neurotic disorders and apply the principles of mental hygiene prevent psychosomatic diseases.

You gain knowledge of psychosocial aspects of health, relaxing physical activities, principles of rational nutrition, family education, secual education, protection of people in emergency situations, theories of high-risk behaviour, children's health problems or first aid principles. After graduation, you can continue your studies in Master’s degree programme Teacher Training in Health Education for Elementary School.
