What could be more beautiful than to save lives? The aim of this study programme is to educate health rescuers who can make independent decisions and cooperate with emergency units of the Integrated Rescue System. Students become familiar with current trends in health and social care both in Czechia and in the member countries of the EU. They gain knowledge of emergency medicine, medicine of catastrophes and mass accidents and emergency nursing care.

You learn how to provide pre-hospital and hospital emergency care. During your studies, they participate in both theoretical and practical courses which prepare them for various critical situations. After graduation, you can find employment in emergency medical service or in the air rescue service, in emergency departments, anesthesiology-resuscitation departments and intensive care units.
