As a part of the MoEYS selectiopn procedure the MoEYS will devide the total of 2 months available between several selected candidates.

Documents for the partner organization in Vietnam

Selected applicants must submit the documents required for the proceedings of the partner orgnaisation in Vietnam by May 8, 2026 (incl.).

General conditions:

• Documents need to be submitted in electronical form.
• Documents must be in English or Vietnamese; documents in other languages must be accompanied by an official (certified) translation into English or Vietnamese.
• Incomplete documentation will not be accepted by the Vietnamese partner organization.
  

List of required documents:

• Application form of the Vietnamese partner (download here) – completed, with an ID photo of the applicant, signed, and dated.
• University diplomas – copies with certified translations or certification issued by the relevant authorities of the sending country.
• Proof of medical examination clearly stating that the applicant is healthy and fit for a study/lecturing stay abroad. The document must be issued in the Czech Republic (or in VIetnam). The confirmation must not be older than 6 months on the date of application. There is no form available for this document, it can be submitted in free-form text.
• Research/study plan
• Documents/certificates proving the applicant's skills, expertise, research achievements, etc., if available (certified copies need to be provided).
• Passport (scaned identification page). The passport must be valid for at least the duration of your planned stay in Vietnam, or for at least 1 year after the planned date of arrival in Vietnam.
• Letter of acceptance issued by the host university in Vietnam NOTE: If it is not possible to obtain the document within the given deadline this document can be submitted later, by June 30, 2026 at the latest.

Submission of documents: The documents must be combined into a single .pdf file and uploaded to the original application in the Studuj na VŠ user account: section DOCUMENTS, under "Dosier for the partner organization in Vietnam (in English)".

The documents will then be handed over to the Vietnamese Center for International Education Development, and the Vietnamese partner will subsequently decide on the awarding of scholarships. The Vietnamese partner organization will announce the results by June 15.
