Georgia: Research and teaching stays for university teachers

The offer of research and lecture stays for academic staff of universities in Czechia is based on contractual obligations between Czechia and the partner country. Applicants are responsible for finding a host university in their field of study.

Information on the stay duration, the number of scholarships awarded, the requirements for the candidate and other conditions are given in the offer details.

The scholarship is financed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Georgia.

How to apply?

In the first phase, applicants apply to the Czech partner - the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic (MoEYS). They submit an online scholarship application with the required attachments in Czech by the specified deadline (see below). MoEYS will confirm whether the applicant will be included in the list of nominated candidates. In order for a decision to be made, the nominated candidate must obtain an acceptance letter from the foreign host university. The final decision on the acceptance of the nominated candidate rests with the foreign partner.
