Germany: BTHA Scholarships – postgradual study stays in Bavaria

AVAILABLE ONLY FOR CITIZENS OF: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Ukraine.

The Free State of Bavaria awards one-year scholarships to higher education institution graduates from the above countries for postgraduate studies in Bavaria.

Applicants are in charge of chosing their host university in Bavaria.

Scholarships provided by the Bavarian-Czech Academic Agency (BTHA) for university students and graduates are intended to finance a follow-up master's or doctoral studies or a longer study stay at Bavarian public universities. The scholarship is awarded for one academic year and can be extended twice subsequently on application (for a total duration of three years).

ONLY STUDENTS AND GRADUATES OF CZECH UNIVERSITIES CAN APPLY IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC.
