The participation on the seminar, accompanying activities, accomodation, and meals are free of charge. The participants do not receive any payment.

Participants' travel costs are covered by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports; group travel of all participants from Czechia is organized by the DZS by car (Prague - Meissen). The costs of participation in the seminar and in accompanying activities, accommodation, and meals are covered by the Saxon State Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs.
